What I'm doing now
Mentoring other designers in design and Framer has been such a rewarding experience. It’s humbling to reflect on your own journey—your strengths, your growth areas, while seeing others learn from your process. Watching someone appreciate the craft, the thought behind your work, and how you give back is genuinely inspiring.
Moving to a new flat 🏠
I’ll be moving into my own flat by July—a fresh chapter and a little milestone for me. It’s unfurnished, which means I get to really make it mine (and finally let go of things I don’t actually use).
My mantra for this move: own less, live more.
Reading 📖
I’m aiming to read 2 books a month.
Currently, I’m going through "Why 'A' Students Work for 'C' Students" — a fascinating look at how traditional success and wealth-building often diverge.
Next up on my list is Design Engineer, to understand why great design and engineering thinking go hand in hand, and then a few more picks I’m excited to dive into.
my belief
A designer is a planner with an aesthetic sense.
Part of design is being an opinion sponge and filter.
Good design perfects the use of materials or platforms, achieving the best possible finish for certain metals, leather, or glass, and pushing the limits of what the native UI platform allows.
